What players say

Back to my Thursday doubles

The printed scale is what sold me. I found my number and wear it the same way every time. Two hours last night, fine this morning.
Mark T. Verified buyerPadel, 3× a week

Stays put all match

Every strap I've had slid down after a set. This one doesn't, and the pad is properly firm.
Sarah L. Verified buyerTennis

Took one session to get used to

After the first session I forgot it was there. The grip that came with the bundle was a nice extra.

What is actually happening in your elbow

  1. The vibration

Every hit sends a shock from the racket face up through the muscles of your forearm.

  2. The tendon

Those muscles all pull on one small tendon attachment on the outside of your elbow. That's the spot that hurts.

  3. The pad

A firm pad just below the elbow presses on the muscle, so less of that pull reaches the sore spot. That's the counterforce principle.

Why nothing you have tried has worked

You have probably tried at least two of these already. It isn't your fault: each one was the wrong tool for the job.

Rest A pause button, not a plan.

Rest calms it down. The first hard session back brings it straight back, because nothing about the load on your tendon has changed.

Ice and painkillers They quiet the pain, not the cause.

Useful after a session. They don't change what happens to your tendon on the next backhand.

Physio exercises Great, but not while you play.

Exercises build strength over weeks. A brace supports the tendon during the match itself. Most players need both.

A cheap strap Thin foam, no scale, no guide.

Most cheap straps slip, press on the wrong spot and come without instructions, so players never find the right place or the right tension.

Your elbow doesn't need more rest. It needs support in the right spot, every time you play.

Compared with typical elbow straps and sleeves, not specific brands.

Strap it on. Set your number. Play.

Three details that decide whether a strap helps, or ends up in the bottom of your bag.

  • A pad that stays firm

A moulded silicone pad focuses the pressure on one spot instead of spreading it around your whole forearm.

    4.88 mmpad thickness, measured

  • A number you can repeat

The printed scale on the strap lets you set the same tension every time. No guessing, no re-tightening between points.

    1 numberto remember, every session

  • Worn through a full match

A low-profile strap that sits on the forearm, not the joint, so your swing stays free.

The part other braces skip

Find the spot in 10 seconds.

The most common complaint about elbow straps is simple: people never know if it's in the right place. So we made it obvious.

  1. Find the spot

Bend your elbow and find the bony point on the outside. Slide the brace about two finger-widths below it, onto your forearm.

  2. Place the pad

Turn the brace so the pad sits on the muscle on the outside of your forearm, just below the sore spot, not on the bone.

  3. Set your number

Tighten until it feels firm but not tight, then note the number on the printed scale. Use the same number every session.

  4. Test your grip

Make a fist around your racket handle. You should feel the pad press in. If your fingers tingle, go one number looser.

Questions

What size do I need?

One size with an adjustable strap. It fits a forearm of 22–32 cm, measured two finger-widths below the elbow, where the brace sits.

How do I know it's in the right place?

Follow the fit guide: two finger-widths below the bony point on the outside of your elbow, pad on the muscle, then set your number on the printed scale.

Can I play in it?

Yes. It's made to be worn while you play padel, tennis or pickleball.

Is this the same as a cheap strap from Amazon?

No. Most cheap straps use thin foam, have no scale and come without instructions, so they slip and nobody knows if they sit in the right spot. ElbowReliever uses a firm 4.88 mm silicone pad, a printed tension scale and a step-by-step fit guide.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free on orders over £30, so both bundles ship free. A single brace ships for £2.99.

What if it doesn't fit?

It's one size with an adjustable strap for a forearm of 22–32 cm. If it still doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery and you get a full refund.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to try it, on court too. If your elbow doesn't feel the difference, email us and you get a full refund.
