What size do I need?
One size with an adjustable strap. It fits a forearm of 22–32 cm, measured two finger-widths below the elbow, where the brace sits.
How do I know it's in the right place?
Follow the fit guide: two finger-widths below the bony point on the outside of your elbow, pad on the muscle, then set your number on the printed scale.
Can I play in it?
Yes. It's made to be worn while you play padel, tennis or pickleball.
Is this the same as a cheap strap from Amazon?
No. Most cheap straps use thin foam, have no scale and come without instructions, so they slip and nobody knows if they sit in the right spot. ElbowReliever uses a firm 4.88 mm silicone pad, a printed tension scale and a step-by-step fit guide.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders over £30, so both bundles ship free. A single brace ships for £2.99.
What if it doesn't fit?
It's one size with an adjustable strap for a forearm of 22–32 cm. If it still doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery and you get a full refund.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to try it, on court too. If your elbow doesn't feel the difference, email us and you get a full refund.
